The Casual Lounge is a podcast featuring two trans men, the founder of Casual Reign - Remy (he/him), and his best friend and co-host, Aaron (he/him).
The two create a space for honest conversations about life as transgender FTM individuals. Each episode brings a mix of deep, insightful discussions and lighthearted chats - often with guests sharing their personal gender journeys and experiences, and other times, just the two of them unpacking topics that matter to the trans masc community.
From navigating transition and dysphoria, to celebrating gender euphoria, relationships, mental health and everything in between. This is a space where trans men and AFAB non-binary folk can feel heard, understood and connected.

In this episode, Casual Reign founder, Remy, is joined by special guest, Aaron Chand. Aaron is a transgender man from Wolverhampton and his pronouns are he/him.
Throughout this episode, the two laugh like old friends and discuss how Aaron knew he was transgender, how he told his unsupportive and abusive father, how he was outed at school, being questioned about his gender in his previous workplace, an assault he experienced due to his gender and more. Aaron also offers advice to those who may be struggling in their transition.
