The Casual Lounge is a podcast featuring two trans men, the founder of Casual Reign - Remy (he/him), and his best friend and co-host, Aaron (he/him).
The two create a space for honest conversations about life as transgender FTM individuals. Each episode brings a mix of deep, insightful discussions and lighthearted chats - often with guests sharing their personal gender journeys and experiences, and other times, just the two of them unpacking topics that matter to the trans masc community.
From navigating transition and dysphoria, to celebrating gender euphoria, relationships, mental health and everything in between. This is a space where trans men and AFAB non-binary folk can feel heard, understood and connected.

In this episode, Remy is joined by special guest, Alex.
Alex is originally from Brighton, but moved to Scotland with his wife around 5 years ago. Alex decided to discuss the topic of starting a family as a trans man, as this is something that's extremely close to his heart.
Throughout this highly informative, yet humorous episode, the two discuss: how Alex told his wife he was transgender, whether or not he considered freezing his eggs and carrying his own child, the processes and options available for trans men looking to have children, the method he chose, whether or not he would tell his child they were donor-conceived, when he would tell his child he is a transgender man, plus, Alex provides advice for those looking to have children.
