The Casual Lounge
The Casual Lounge is a podcast featuring two trans men, the founder of Casual Reign - Remy (he/him), and his best friend and co-host, Aaron (he/him).
The two create a space for honest conversations about life as transgender FTM individuals. Each episode brings a mix of deep, insightful discussions and lighthearted chats - often with guests sharing their personal gender journeys and experiences, and other times, just the two of them unpacking topics that matter to the trans masc community.
From navigating transition and dysphoria, to celebrating gender euphoria, relationships, mental health and everything in between. This is a space where trans men and AFAB non-binary folk can feel heard, understood and connected.

The Casual Lounge and Casual Reign founder, Remy, is joined by his long-term girlfriend and best friend, to answer your questions from Instagram.
The three discuss topics such as how he knew he was transgender, early signs in childhood, the changes testosterone have brought him, how he grew his beard, being misgendered, coming to terms with being trans and telling others, how family and friends reacted, plus they offer advice for those who do not have a great support system.
